These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the EVERVELA website and the learning, workshop, program, training and wellbeing offerings we make available through it ("Services"). By using the website or booking a Service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

• You must use the website lawfully and not attempt to disrupt, probe or gain unauthorised access to it or to other people's accounts.
• You must provide accurate information in forms, bookings and enquiries.
• We may update, suspend or withdraw any part of the website at any time.

Some features require an account. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity under your account. Tell us immediately at info@evervela.com if you suspect unauthorised use. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.

• Offerings are shown with their availability. Bookings for sessions with limited capacity may be confirmed or placed on a waitlist.
• Paid offerings are charged in the currency shown at checkout. Payments are processed securely by our payment provider (Stripe); we do not store your full card details.
• A booking is confirmed only when you receive confirmation from us (and, for paid offerings, payment is completed).
• If you need to cancel or change a booking, contact us as early as possible. Refunds, rescheduling and credits are handled case by case and in line with the details shown for the offering at the time of booking.
• We may reschedule or cancel a session (for example due to low enrolment or facilitator availability). If we cancel, you will be offered a new date or a refund of any amount paid.

EVERVELA provides educational and awareness content on topics such as scam and fraud prevention, digital safety, technology and AI, everyday life skills and creative wellbeing. Our content is general information only. It is not legal, financial, medical or professional advice, and our creative and wellbeing experiences are non-clinical and are not a substitute for therapy or medical care. For advice about your own situation, consult a qualified professional.

We ask everyone to treat facilitators and other participants with respect. We may remove a participant whose behaviour is disruptive, unsafe or discriminatory, without refund where appropriate.

All content on the website — including text, graphics, logos, learning materials, scenarios and software — belongs to EVERVELA or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. You may view and print it for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, sell, adapt or redistribute it without our written permission.

If you send us messages, enquiries or other material, you confirm you have the right to do so. We use that information as described in our Privacy Policy.

The website may link to or rely on third-party services (for example payment, scheduling and email providers). We are not responsible for the content or practices of third parties, and their own terms apply to your use of their services.

We work hard to keep the website accurate and available, but it is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, and we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, EVERVELA is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the website or Services. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top shows when they last changed. Continued use of the website after an update means you accept the new terms.
