We respect your privacy. We collect only what we need to run the website, deliver our Services and respond to you. We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information.

• Details you give us: name, email address, phone number, organization, your messages and notes when you create an account, book an offering, make an enquiry, request a workshop or subscribe to the newsletter.
• Booking and payment records: which offerings you booked and their status. Card payments are handled by Stripe; we receive confirmation and limited payment details (such as amount and status), not your full card number.
• Technical data: basic information such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, and cookies that keep you signed in and protect forms.
• Quiz: the "What would you do?" quiz on the home page does not require sign-up and we do not store your answers.

• To manage your account, bookings, payments and confirmations.
• To reply to enquiries and provide support.
• To send the newsletter if you subscribed (you can unsubscribe at any time).
• To keep the website secure, prevent abuse and improve our content.
• To meet legal and accounting obligations.

We share information only with service providers who help us operate — for example payment processing (Stripe), scheduling (Calendly), email delivery and hosting — and only as needed for them to perform those services. We may also disclose information where required by law. Facilitators receive only the details needed to run your session.

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in, protect forms from forgery and remember your preferences. You can block cookies in your browser, but parts of the website (such as signing in) may not work.

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law (for example, payment records). When it is no longer needed we delete or anonymise it.

We protect your information with measures such as encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords, restricted administrator access and rate limiting on public forms. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong, unique password and tell us if you notice anything suspicious.

You can view and update your account details from your profile page. You may ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop sending you the newsletter, by emailing info@evervela.com. We will respond within a reasonable time and in line with applicable law.

Some of our offerings are designed for families and young people and are booked by a parent, guardian or organization. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children without a parent or guardian's involvement.

We may update this policy from time to time; the "last updated" date shows the latest version. We will highlight significant changes on the website.
